Because our business depends on referrals, we are happy to reward people who help us complete search assignments for our clients.
If we place anyone you nominate in a positon with one of our clients, we will donate $1,000.00 to
The Nicholas Green Foundation, the United Way or the
Armed Forces Children's Education Fund*, subject to the following conditions:
- The person you recommend cannot be a currently active candidate for a job with a D.M.R. client and must not be employed by a client.
- Referral is valid for 6 months.
- Candidate must be nominated for a specific D.M.R. search assignment.
- In conformance with our privacy policy, we cannot inform you of the status of your nominee's specific discussions with a client.
We will, however, notify you once an offer has been extended and accepted and your nominee has authorized us to report this information to you.
- Timing of referral payment will vary but will be completed within two months of your nominee's employment starting date.
*We will pay the donation directly to one of these charities in your name or will send the payment to you.
If we remit the payment to you, we may be required to issue a Form 1099. You will be responsible for any tax consequences.
